The trailer has arrived for DC Animation’s adaptation of the classic Batman tale Hush.
The story sees a new criminal come to Gotham who knows all of Batman’s moves and uses all his enemies – and friends – against him.
The story is a create piece of work but to me it’s a copy of the far-superior Long Halloween story which is getting its own animated adaptation in the near future.
In Hush Jason O’Mara is reprising his role as Batman/Bruce Wayne alongside Sean Maher as Nightwing, and Stuart Allan as Damian Wayne. Damian Wayne. Jerry O’Connell, Rebecca Romijn, and Rainn Wilson are also reprising their respective roles as Superman, Lois Lane, and Lex Luthor.
Peyton List is playing both Batgirl and Poison Ivy, and Bruce Thomas is set as Commissioner Gordon. Several of Batman’s greatest enemies appear in the film, including the Joker (Jason Spisak), Riddler (Geoffrey Arend), Bane (Adam Gifford), and Lady Shiva (Dachie Alessio). Fortunately, Batman still has Alfred (James Garrett) by his side.
Hush will be available for download on July 20th and the Blu-ray and 4K UHD will hit store shelves on August 13th.
