WATCH: Ghostbusters: Afterlife cast welcome us back to the cinema

September 5th, 2021 by Marc Comments

There has been a lot of worry recently that, with that damned virus still being a problem, we might see (my most anticipated movie of the last decade) Ghostbusters: Afterlife delayed again but in what almost feels like an attempt to put our worries to bed, Sony has released a new teaser for the movie which features the cast telling fans to come see the movie this November on the big screen.

The video features Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Logan Kim and Celeste O’Connor, with Rudd saying: “We have a reason for you to get excited about going back to the movies,” then McKenna Grace chiming in, “It’s our new film Ghostbusters: Afterlife.”

Kim adds: “There’s a bunch of new stuff you haven’t seen before,” and then Wolfhard tells us to “be sure to catch Ghostbusters: Afterlife in a real movie theatre”.

I’ve been to the cinema numerous times during all this and neither hell nor high water will keep me away from Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

Anyway, let me know your thoughts and check out the video below:

Ghostbusters: Afterlife will hit cinemas on November 19th

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
