WATCH: Loki lifts the hammer of Thor in this awesome deleted scene…

December 4th, 2015 by Phil Robinson Comments

Nobody can touch the hammer of Thor they said. Well, try saying that to Loki. In this awesome Thor: The Dark World deleted scene, the vengeful sibling does just that.

This never before seen footage featured on the new Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Two Collection shows Tom Hiddleston’s character as a beloved king – and worthy of wielding Thor’s hammer Mjolnir de boot, report Squareyed.

… Of course, that doesn’t seem too likely really, does it?

Much to everyone’s sadness, Loki was cut from Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Hiddleston has been coy about if and when he’ll be back again. The relationship seems somewhat frosty at the moment — but we still retain hope that he’ll return.

But what would Thor: Ragnarok be without him? The film’s out in 2017 so fingers crossed we’ll be seeing him then.

Hidden deep in the woods, past the abandoned insane asylum and long-forgotten summer camp, off the old dirt road, across the creaky timber bridge, lies a log cabin. Under the full moon some have said they've heard blood-curdling howls from deep in the basement, though none have been brave enough to explore further... If they had, the shocking reveal would be that the screams come from old horror VHS tapes, accompanied by the maniacal laugh of Phil Robinson, brought on by comics and wrestling promos. The self-confessed "horror guy", he has also been known to talk about Spider-Man and heavy metal at great, unnecessary lengths. Yes, he knows he needs a haircut.
