OK, so we know Future Day is over now, but the Back To The Future goodness just keep coming. From Jimmy Kimmel of all places.
First up, Marty and the Doc arrive on Kimmel’s set, shocked to be in 2015 again and worried that it’s another alternate reality… and sucks. No hover boards?! No flying cars!? What have we been doing for 30 years!!?

Also on Kimmel’s show, Micheal J Fox revealed his new pair of Nike’s self-lacing Air Mags which, not only are the same as the technology in Back To The Future Pt II (isn’t this a bootstrap paradox as The Doctor (Who) called it?)… anyway, the shoes are being suctioned off to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation, helping to conduct research into Parkinson’s Disease. Fox himself has one of only pairs for now, but more will be auctioned off in 2016.
The shoes can be seen below and we reckon this is fantastic news and a great cause.
