It’s not a surprise, but we finally have confirmation that the sequel to the absolutely awesome Spider-man: Into The Spider-verse.
We’re known for a while that the spider-verse was to be explored by future movies and spin-offs (and TV shows apparently) but the one we were waiting for was the out-and-out sequel to Into The Spider-verse, which is one of my top five comic book movies of all time.
While we have no idea what the sequel will be about (please let Oscar Isaac be back as Spider-Man 2099/Miguel O’Hara) we will wait with much anticipation for the return of Sony’s animated Marvel universe.
