Holy crap, this looks stunning!
The first teaser for Jon Favreau’s live action Lion King is here and it looks like an incredible achievement… you will believe animals can bow their heads!
The teaser is pretty much a recreation of the opening of the original Lion King movies trailer (here) and we’re genuinely blown away by how it looks.
James Earl Jones returns as Mustafa along with Donald Glover as Simba, Beyonce as Nala, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Alfre Woodard as Sarabi, John Oliver as Zazu, John Kani as Rafiki, Florence Kasumba as Shenzi, Eric André as Azizi, and Billy Eichner and Seth Rogen as Timon and Pumbaa.
