Now that sadly, given the luke-warm reception Alien: Covenant got, Neill Blomkamp’s Alien 5 will probably never see the light of day, the director is turning his attention to other areas.
Namely he’s putting his efforts into an experimental filmmaking project called Oats Studio.
The District 9 and Elysium director has given us a trailer for the project which will all be released on Steam later this year.
The trailer shows plenty by showing very little but we can honestly say he has our sci-fi loving attention.
The trailer simply says that Oats: Volume 1 will be streaming soon.
