WATCH: Trailer drops for Jumanji: The Next Level and it’s a lot of fun…

The second trailer is here for the third Jumanji movie, and the direct sequel to the runaway hit Welcome To The Jungle and, once again, it looks like a heck of a lot of fun.

Taking the formula that worked so well last time, the film-makers have tweaked it a little and repackaged a bigger version of what made the first one such fun and, if it works, I’m happy enough.

The really interesting thing will be to see how this fares against The Rise Of Skywalker a week later.

In Jumanji: The Next Level, the gang is back but the game has changed. As they return to Jumanji to rescue one of their own, they discover that nothing is as they expect. The players will have to brave parts unknown and unexplored, from the arid deserts to the snowy mountains, in order to escape the world’s most dangerous game.

Directed By: Jake Kasdan

Cast: Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas, Awkwafina, Alex Wolff, Morgan Turner, Ser’Darius Blain, Madison Iseman with Danny Glover and Danny DeVito

Jumanji: The Next Level arrives on December 13th, 2019

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
