The trailer has dropped for the new Charlie’s Angels movie from writer/director/star Elizabeth Banks and it looks… fine?
A sequel and a reboot, the movie now has Charlie’s organisation as a world-wide spy organisation rather than just three women helping the helpless – which explains why several actors are called Bosley now as it’s something as a code-name for the spies’ handlers, it seems.
The movie has the expected amount of wit and action, and less of the skimpy outfits that have become synonymous with the series. Well, it is 2019 after all.
