We have x2 DVD copies of zombie comedy The Walking Deceased to give away…

If you fancy a chance of winning one for yourself, just answer this easy question:

What was the name of the so called Zom-Rom-Com that starred Simon Pegg and Nick Frost?

Think you know? Then drop us an email with your answer, name, address and DoB (you must be over 15 to enter) to followingthenerd@gmail.com – and mark your entries ‘Zombie Freebie’

We must have your entries by midnight BST on Monday, July 20th. The comp is open to UK readers only (sorry)

Normal T&Cs apply, no cash prize alternative can be offered and judges’ decision is final.

The Walking Deceased are coming for you! Starring Dave Sheridan (Scary Movie, Horrible Bosses) and Joey Oglesby (Prison Break) this hilarious spoof of The Walking Dead will transport you into the land of the living dead. It rips the flesh off the spoof genre and infects it with a virus too hilarious not to spread.
The story follows a group of survivors from all walks of the apocalypse – an idiotic Sheriff with definite coma-induced brain damage, his hardass son, four squabbling friends forced to survive this zombieland together, and a lonely zombie who just needs love to fully regain his warm body.

They all leave their once-safe hideout in search of the rumored Safe Haven

Ranch, a refuge untouched by the zombie virus that has ravaged humanity. But despite the comforting name, they discover that this sanctuary may not be as welcoming as advertised.

Signature Entertainment Presents THE WALKING DECEASED on Digital VOD 6th July and on DVD on 13th July, 2015

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
