Project Pegasus was the highly classified research and development programme handled and carried out by a branch of the US Army Defence Community called Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency or DARPA for short. DARPA was founded in 1958 as a response to the Soviet Union’s surprise Sputnik launch, which meant the Soviets had won the space race, well the first part of it anyway.
The US Government was concerned that it was falling behind its enemies in terms of technological advancements and therefore they were afraid that the US would be left wide open to attacks. It is still in existence today and on the official DARPA website it states: ‘DARPA’s mission is to maintain the technological superiority of the US Military and prevent technological surprise from harming our national security’
Through numerous experiments that were carried out on The Philadelphia Experiment and The Montauk Project it is alleged that DARPA carried on this research and development through Project Pegasus and they had developed the capability to send people back and forward to certain points in time and also had the means to bend space and time in order to teleport objects and people to and from various places in the United States and, even more shockingly, to Mars and back in the early 1980s!
Andrew Basiago
NB: I was hoping to have an interview with a Mr Andrew Basiago, who alleges that he and 139 other school children between the ages of 7 and 13 who were trained up by DARPA in the lates 60s to take part in time travel and teleportation experiments that were due to start in 1971. As yet Mr Basiago hasn’t replied but when he does then my interview with him will be posted as a separate article to accompany this one.
Andrew Basiago (left) is a practicing attorney in the US state of Washington. He is a past member of MENSA and he holds 5 degrees which include a BA in History from UCLA and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. Andrew was identified in his early childhood as an ‘Indigo’. An Indigo child was said to have had special abilities such as the ability to levitate small objects through using his mind and also to perform telepathy by reading other people’s minds.
In the late 1960s, while still only a young child aged 7, Andrew Basiago would become one of America’s first time-space explorers after being recruited to take part in Project Pegasus thanks to his father who volunteered him to take part in this experimental program. He alleges that he was one of 140 American school children who becAme involved in these time travel and teleportation experiments.
Andrew Basiago claims to have experienced up to eight different time travel technologies during his time with DARPA working on Project Pegasus. He says that the majority of his time travel experiences involved a ‘teleporter’, which was based on technical papers and schematics which were alleged to have been ‘found’ in pioneering mechanical engineer Nikola Tesla’s New Yorker hotel room after his death in January 1943.
Mr Basiago states: ‘The machine consisted of two gray elliptical booms about eight feet tall, separated by about 10 feet, between which a shimmering curtain of what Tesla called ‘radiant energy’ was broadcast,” Mr Basiago said.
“Radiant energy is a form of energy that Tesla discovered that is latent and pervasive in the universe and has among its properties the capacity to bend time-space.’
Among Mr Basiago’s various other claims are:
• He has been to the year 2045 to gather Intel on the years between 1970 and 2040. He describes 2045 as a time of peace and environmental stability.
• He claims that via a device called a ‘chronovisor’ he was transported to approx 1million BC where he witnessed dinosaurs roaming the Earth.
• He was sent back in time to the day of President Abraham Lincoln’s famous Gettysburg address and witnessed it firsthand. He claims to have found a photo years later in an old magazine which he says shows him quite clearly. (Photo at top of page with Mr Basiago circled)
• He has made up to six trips to Ford’s theatre on the night President Lincoln was shot and although he never witnessed the assassination first hand he does say that he encountered an alternate version of himself on two occasions.
• He claims he was teleported from New Jersey to New Mexico – a cross country trip – using a device that was also said to have been possible thanks to Tesla’s technology.
During his time working on Project Pegasus he also claims he witnessed a terrible accident in which a boy’s legs arrived at the location around ten seconds before the rest of his body. The boy was left writhing in pain although Mr Basiago says that as the experiments went on and got more sophisticated so this type of tragedy was avoided.
If time travel and teleportation weren’t enough for you, then Mr Basiago claims that as he was part of Project Pegasus as a child in the 60s and 70s he was ‘tapped up’ by the CIA in the early 1980s to take part in their Mars visitation program.
Mr Basiago says that participants were transported to the Martian surface via a ‘jump room’ which was located in the town of El Segundo in California. This served as a portal between Planet Earth and the US bases on Mars. Basiago claims that he and his fellow Martian explorers had to go through training courses aimed at teaching the participants what to expect when they got to the Martian surface, for example predatory species, Martian ‘humanoids’ etc. These training courses were held by Major Ed Dames. Major Dames is a decorated military intelligence officer and he retired in 1991. Maj. Dames was serving as a scientific and technical intelligence officer for the U.S. Army at the time and he was alleged to have been at the forefront of these missions to Mars and he was also the creator of ‘Technical Remote Viewing’. Remote viewing is defined as the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target using subjective means, in particular, extra sensory perception or ESP. Regrettably in recent times Major Dames has sought to distance himself from the claims made by Andrew Basiago and he has actually came forward and personally denied any involvement with the program.

Laura Magdalene Eisenhower
Ms Eisenhower just so happens to be the great granddaughter of President Eisenhower, the very man who, after the Soviets launched Sputnik in 1957, ordered the creation of DARPA, and claims she was approached to join the Mars colony in 2006. She said she turned down the opportunity. Ms Eisenhower came forward and revealed that she believed she was a target of time travel surveillance by intelligence agents. A colleague of Ms Eisenhower’s has backed up her claims and says that they both were the victims of manipulation in order for them to become a part of a human survival colony on Mars.
William Stillings
Mr Stillings is the son of a Navy Lieutenant. He backs up Mr Basiago’s claims of the jump room technology and the use of this tech to travel to secret US bases on Mars. He claims to have been on the same training course as a young woman named Regina Dugan. Ms Dugan would then go on to become the 19th Director of DARPA in July 2009. She would stay at DARPA until 2012 when she left to take on an Executive role at Google. However she was appointed head of DARPA by another alleged participant in the Mars program, Barry Soetoro.
Now some of you may be thinking by this stage that all this talk of jump rooms and secret bases on Mars is ridiculous and that’s fair enough but I urge you to keep reading. You’ve come this far. You may as well finish!
OK, so some of you may not know who Barry Soetoro is but you will definitely know him by another name – Barack Hussein Obama. The 44th President of the United States of America. That’s right, according to both Mr Basiago and Mr Stillings, Barack Obama was part of their class while training for their missions to Mars. Mr Basiago even claims to have travelled with Mr Obama to the Martian surface on a subsequent mission with Mr Obama saying ‘Well, we’re here’, when they arrived.
So there you have it. A small insight into the world of time travel, teleportation and interplanetary travel. Starting with genius minds like Einstein and Tesla up until the present day, could it really be that the US Government has found a way to harness space and time and use it to go back, forward, sideways in time and to other planets? Or is it all just the stuff of films and TV shows? We may never know. Interestingly though, Mr Basiago has recently announced that he plans to run for President of the United States in 2016. And you have to wonder, what with being a time traveller and all, does Andrew Basiago know something we don’t?
I suppose we’ll have to wait until 2016 to find out…
