This morning we got the news that Waggle Dance, the board game about Bees which we previewed last month, which Cornwall-based Grublin Games have been Kickstarting has been successful in its quest to get funded.
Grublin Games CEO Henry Jasper told us via email: “At the time, we were out on the street celebrating the start of the biggest festival in the Cornish calendar – Golowan (right here in Penzance 😉 and heard the news while obsessively checking Kickstarter via the mobile.
“I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone for their support so far and we’re all ecstatic that Waggle Dance is going to become a reality!
“We can’t wait to ship out all the copies and for everyone to have their own Waggle Dance, but I’ve got some more good news for you all!!!”
He also included this picture of himself moments after hearing the news. We here at FTN send our heartiest congratulations to all involved and look forward to playing it in the near future.
