Gotham to crossover with other DC TV?

September 24th, 2014 by Irwin Fletcher Comments

Gotham’s executive producer, Bruno Heller, has hinted that we may see more of the DC Universe in Gotham, from the likes of “Arrow,” “The Flash” and “Constantine”, than we were expecting, when speaking to CBR: “We’ll see as we roll on. Precise tone is the important thing in establishing a series, but then you have to see what other shows live in the same universe. Would it be weird if they met up?

“It’s fun for the audience to see that clash, but actually doing it is scary. I hope we do at some point. That’s the beautiful thing about being inside the DC Universe, but we’ll wait and see what pops and what doesn’t.”

So while we already know that we won’t be seeing Batman in Gotham, as Heller has confirmed that the show will address how Bruce Wayne ended up as Batman, but he would like to see the series end with that transformation, and it may be sometime before we see the Joker – if we do at all – it looks like we may, at least, be able to look forward to seeing some other familiar faces.
