Alright Hannibal fans, it’s official, the third season of the critically acclaimed (and fan beloved) show will return this summer.
At the TCA’s, Robert Greenblatt talked about Hannibal, ” I thought we had said this publicly, maybe we hadn’t… Hannibal’s going to be back in the summer. It’s a show we love. It’s been critically acclaimed by a few of you in the room, if not many. We love it. We also love summer.”
It’s possible that NBC is using the summer to help boost ratings for the series, as it’ll have no “major competition”, or they may just think it’ll be a good show for the summer block.
Either way, you can expect Hannibal to return sometime this summer.
