You may remember last week that Kevin Smith said he’d love to bring his own created character, Onomatopoeia, into the Arrow TV show.
Onomatopoeia was originally written as a villain in the Green Arrow books during Smith’s time on the book, although he also popped up in Smith’s Batman run too.
Now, despite having once said the character wouldn’t work on the screen, Smith, still high from directing last week’s Flash (and returning next season) really wants to go a little darker and get into a serious “SEVEN-ish” tale in Star City.
Now a Arrow fan has brought the idea to the attention of Green Arrow himself, Stephen Amell, and Amell seems VERY keen – as you can see below. We apologise for his language.
So, when Smith heard about it he Tweeted Amell (below) and made it known he’s totally in… does this count as discussions taking place? We’re saying yes…
I wanna do 2 very SEVEN-ish @CW_Arrow ep’s w/ #Onomatopoeia! I’d love to get my words in your mouth, @StephenAmell! https://t.co/kOZtOYItbd
