With crossover after crossover The CW is easily the kings of the DC multi-universe, and yes I’m counting the films in this.

It was a few months ago when the massive four way crossover of Arrow, the Falsh, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl was revealed. Well, information on yet another crossover has recently surfaced. In the spirit of what seems to be a Joss Whedon tribute, The Flash and Supergirl will be having a musical Crossover episode in early 2017.

After appearing in an MCM London Comicon , The Flash actress Violett Beane, who plays Jesse Quick (above), was asked whether we may see her appearance in the crossover.

“Yeah, I think it could be really cool.” She explained “There’s not much information on how they’re going to do this, why they’re going to do it, or when, but I would love to be a part of it. When Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg came up for a dinner in Vancouver, all I’m going to say is Greg Berlanti asked me if I could sing. So it’s definitely a possibility that I’m going to be part of it.”

The full video can be seen below.

In the current canon, only the Flash has met Kara, so it will be interesting to see how Jesse will react to another super female. It could lead to Jesse Quick and supergirl having a unique friendship. It is likely that the musical episodes will be episode 13 and 14 of Supergirl and The Flash.

My name is Jonathan Snelling. I’ve been a movie fan for a long time now and last year completed a degree in Film and Television Studies at Aberystwyth University. It’s hard to choose a favourite film but I’ve always been a major fan of Christopher Nolan’s Batman saga. I’m really interested to see how Ben Affleck does in Dawn of Justice as it's set to be an incredible film. I’m usually willing to see any genre but naturally some more so than others.
