Looks like we have some more confirmed appearances for the Flash/Supergirl musical crossover episode.

TVLine have reported that alongside Flash (Grant Gustin) and Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) we will also see Jesse L. Martin (Joe), Victor Garber (Dr. Stein), John Barrowman (Malcolm Merlyn) and Jeremy Jordan (Winn); and Carlos Valdes (Cisco), all of whom have had Broadway careers, so it makes sense.

The episode(s) will be called Duet and will also feature David Harewood (Hank) and Chris Wood (Mon-El) although they won’t be singing.

We’re also hearing that Dermott Downs will direct the Flash episode – he has directed the Supergirl episode For the Girl Who Has Everything as well as the Flash Invasion (the big crossover event last year) episode, so he is no stranger to the spectacle.

It seems that, like the Invasion event, the musical crossover will kick off at the end of a Supergirl episode and will then lead into the main event happening in Flash.

It’s interesting that Garber and Barrowman will be appearing as this hints it will also feature Arrow and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

Are you looking forward to this musical event? Have you thoughts on who should play the villain – Music Meister – in the episodes *could Neil Patrick Harris cough *?

Let us know your thoughts, Flash fans!
