While Agents of SHIELD is getting better (in our opinion), things may be looking bleak for the series’ sister show Agent Carter and the upcoming Marvel’s Most Wanted.

With Hayley Atwell, AKA Agent Peggy Carter, having signed to to ABC’s Conviction, which looks likely to go to series, fans were worried that Carter was finished… and now, according to Variety and THR, it looks like it may well be.

They are saying, with the pick-up announcements just a few weeks away, Carter Season 3 is “highly unlikely” according to industry insiders.

However, Marvel’s Most Wanted, the Agents of SHIELD spinoff starring Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood as Bobbi “Mockingbird” Morse and Lance Hunter has a “very good chance of going to series,” however, they also report “Most Wanted has been cooling and some say it’s not considered the lock it once was.”

So, there you go, both shows in trouble but things looking worse for Carter than for Most Wanted. How does this make you feel?

Let us know…

Starring Palicki, Blood, Delroy Lindo and Oded Fehr, So reads the Most Wanted synopsis:

[Marvel’s Most Wanted] centers on Bobbi Morse (a.k.a. Mockingbird) and Lance Hunter of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., two ex-spies and ex-spouses who are on the run with no friends, no S.H.I.E.L.D. and a long list of enemies looking to claim a bounty on their heads. Able to trust no one but each other, Bobbi and Hunter form an uneasy alliance with Dominic Fortune, a rogue adventurer with a wealth of resources and even more adversaries, who agrees to protect them so long as they help him with his own agenda. These two heroes will help anyone in need, all while trying to uncover the conspiracy that put their own lives in jeopardy.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. EP Jeffrey Bell and series writer Paul Zbyszewski will spearhead the project, both serving as showrunners and executive producers.
