Now don’t get us wrong, we love The Flash. We love it a lot.
However…
One thing we really want is to see Barry Allen face off against a villain who isn’t a fellow speedster; in season one he faced Reverse Flash, in season two it was Zoom and this season it’s Savitar.
And we’re sure that we’re not alone – let’s put Flash up against a villain who isn’t faster than him for once!
And it looks like this will happen next season.
Speaking at PaleyFest the show’s producer Andrew Kreisberg told the crowds: “Next season we’re not going to have a speedster.”
He also said that there would be speedster villains in the season probably but the main villain will not have that particular ability.
We think this is an awesome idea, finally! So far Flash has been inundated with speedsters, good and evil, so it will be fun to see another type of villain come in and cause big trouble for STAR Labs’ crew.
