Rose Tico and Princess Leia head up list of possible Star Wars shows on Disney+

With Disney+ gearing up to rock our collective Star Wars and Marvel worlds and having just finished filming on The Mandalorian, could we be on the brink of a slew of other Star Wars shows?

A new report would certainly hint that, with a universe as massive and diverse as Star Wars, there’ll be plenty of offer.

So who – according to the report – are up for a series?

Well, we already know Cassian Andor from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is next up but it looks like he will have company pretty soon after.

A Young Princess Leia, Captain Phasma, The Knights of Ren, Rose Tico and Darth Bane are all name-dropped here as being considered for the small screen expansion

Now the reports stress these are being considered and not ‘in development’ although it doesn’t say who their source is.

Another report also has Finn and Poe Dameron series in development. We believe it’s two separate shows but personally I’d like to see the two come together.

So there you have it… a controversial list for sure – we know the idea of a Rose Tico series will have some sectors of the community jumping for joy, while others may not be quite as enthusiastic.

Will these happen? We doubt we’ll see all these in the future… but it wouldn’t surprise us if Disney are considering every character who has ever appeared in Star Wars for a spin-off.

Personally, I’d be hoping for a Cad Bane/Boba Fett show, but what do I know?
