It’s been a heck of a week for Doctor Who fans with the announcement of new Doctor Jodie Whittaker dividing fans and non-fans alike.
Today from SDCC we get news that we’ll get a glimpse of The Christmas Special on Sunday.
Will it feature Peter Capaldi’s Doctor or perhaps David Bradley as the first Doctor to perhaps Whittaker herself? Who knows?
At least one thing we do know… the trailer won’t just be an SDCC affair as it will also appear online shortly afterward.
This has been confirmed by Rachel Talalay, the director of the episode and the show’s previous two episodes as well.
It’s likely the footage will feature the twelfth and first Doctors rather than the thirteenth, but we remain hopeful either way.
