Three big characters set for Gotham Season 1 soon

October 13th, 2014 by Marc Comments

At NYCC the guys at IGN got to chat to Gotham stars Donal Logue (Bullock), Sean Pertwee (Alfred) and producer Danny Cannon – you can watch the video here – and they revealed that there’s three big characters in the mythos of Batman/Bruce Wayne still to come.

First up, we can expect to see Victor Zsasz in episode seven of the series – Zsasz is a psychopath who hypnotises his victims before killing them and he has a body covered in tallies of his victims.

Another character we will see, and can expect to hear about casting soon, is Leslie Thomkins; Leslie was a doctor who helped Alfred care for Bruce after the murder of his parents and she’s important to the man he grew to become, she also knows his identity under the mask and is known to patch him up from time to time while he’s in the field.

And finally we love the ‘Easter egg’ character of Tommy Elliott. Tommy was a childhood friend of Bruce and would grow to become the supervillain Hush (above)…

Gotham, we’re still not sure of the quality but damn, you have the heart!

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
