A new clip from Doctor Who’s Christmas Special, Joy to the World is here!

In the clip we see the Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) and new companion Joy (Nicola Coughlan, Bridgerton, Derry Girls) facing off against, well, I’ll let you look yourself.

It’s been a while since the Doctor appeared on our screens over Christmas so even though the last season was pretty dire, we here at FTN HQ are excited do board the TARDIS again after Christmas dinner… it just feels right.

At San Diego Comic-Con earlier this year, Coughlan said of her appearance: “I am thrilled to be joining Doctor Who for the Christmas special this year, and I am so excited for you to meet my character, Joy.”

Doctor Who: Joy to the World will be on our screens this Christmas Day.
