Great news from the Netflix Tudum event as it seems the universe will be getting radically expanded in the coming years.
First up, with the second season coming this December, it was revealed that a third season is coming with Henry Cavill returning once more as Geralt.
On top of this, just after the success of anime Witcher movie Nightmare of the Wolf, it was revealed that another anime movie is coming, although there were no details revealed at this point.
On top of this, and ratherly weirdly – but definitely welcomed – we’ll be getting a kids/family series set in the Witcher world… what this will be is anyone’s guess but we’re definitely keen to discover what they have planned.

So, just so you’re all caught up, that’s season two and three of the core series, a second anime movie, a kids series and a prequel series. Phew… Netflix really have faith in this franchise.
