If, like us here at FTN HQ, you love Ghostbusters (or whatever franchise(s) you’re into) but sometimes you just don’t have the time to keep up with all the new media – books, comics, games, then I have a bit of good news for you Ghostheads tonight.

A couple of weeks back, the new Ghostbusters game, Spirits Unleashed, was released and saw the great Ernie Hudson and Dan Aykroyd return as Winston and Ray for this fully in-universe continuation of last year’s awesome movie, Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

However, I sadly never have the time to sit and play video games these days and so I pray for things like this full playthrough from the lovely folks at Ghostbusters News. It means that, rather than playing the game for hours, we can boil up a brew and watch the whole story over lunch or on a break as the whole story is packed into a video as long as an episode of The Real Ghostbusters animated show.

So sit back, relax and keep up-to-date on all the latest Ghostbusters story points while still having time for all the chaos real-life throws at you.

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed is a fun, multiplayer game perfect for all skill levels. Four proton-pack-wielding Ghostbusters attempt to catch a Ghost haunting unique locations in asymmetrical multiplayer battles (online or offline). As players progress, they will unlock cosmetics and upgrades for both Ghostbusters and Ghosts to evolve their gameplay experiences. The look and feel will deliver to fans an immersive experience in the universe, allowing them to play out their Ghostbusting fantasies. Whether hunting or haunting, the game is easy to learn and fun to master!

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
