When the show Agent Carter was announced, it was widely speculated that the show would feature the return of not only Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, but Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, both of whom reprised their roles from Captain America: The First Avenger in the Marvel One-Shot that more-or-less kickstarted the series.
We can now confirm that Cooper WILL be Howard Stark once more in the series thanks to Entertainment Weekly.
Agent Carter is set to air between the gaps in Agents of Shield.
