F.E.A.R Online announced

July 25th, 2013 by Irwin Fletcher Comments

Monolith and Day One Studios have announced today that the F.E.A.R series is returning however in a online form instead of the usual we expect from the series.

The game will be developed by Korean studio Inplay Interactive and it will be the first time that they have made a F.E.A.R game.  The game will feature 10 maps and a variety of multiplayer modes which includes F.E.A.R 3’s Soul King mode that had you play as a wraith who can possess soldiers so you can rack up more points than your competition.

Not only will there be the multiplayer mode but there will also be some co-op modes as well that will run parallel to F.E.A.R 2’s campaign.  You will be able to play in a team of up to four players to fend off monsters and the Armacham soldiers that have been plaguing the series.

If you want a taste of the game you can sign up to the closed beta here (http://fearonline.aeriagames.com/)
