OK, we actually didn’t mind the first Jeepers Creepers, ok? Sure, it fell apart in the final act but up until then it was a solid scarer. We don’t talk about the sequel much.

Whihc, frankly, is why we didn’t think anyone needed (or wanted) a third installment.

Now however, we know that Jeepers Creepers 3 films next month in Vancouver, Canada.

The movie will see the return of Gina Philips as Trish from the first movie as well as Jonathan Breck as The Creeper and Brandon Smith as Sergeant Davis Tubbs.

Reports are that the Creeper’s van, in particular the license plate BEATNGU are big parts of the story and the movie, like the first two, will be written and directed by Victor Salva (Powder, Peaceful Warrior), who helmed the first two Jeepers Creepers films.

What say you guys, is a third Creeper adventure something you’d be excited for?

Jeepers Creepers 3 will show events on the last day of the Creeper’s twenty-three day feeding frenzy, as the skeptical Sergent Tubbs teams up with a task force hellbent on destroying the Creeper for good. The Creeper fights back in gory glory as its enemies grow closer than ever before to learning the secret of its dark origins.

Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
