Patrick Wilson joins Edgar Wright’s Ant-Man in unknown role

February 27th, 2014 by Edwin Torres Jr Comments

According to Deadline, Patrick Wilson is the latest addition to the cast of Edgar Wright’s Ant-Man.

The trade claims The Conjuring star Wilson’s role is, for the time being, a mystery. He played Nite Owl in Watchmen, so he is no stranger to comic book movies.

Edgar Wright is directing Ant-Man from a script that he has co-written with Joe Cornish (Attack the Block). So far it stars Michael Douglas and Paul Rudd as Hank Pym and Scott Lang, respectively.

The film, which will launch Marvel’s Phase Three, will hit theaters on July 17th, 2015.
