And just like that, the Masters of the Universe may just…HAVE THE POWER!!!…to become a movie. According to The Wrap, Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2) has been asked to rewrite the script, and also possibly direct the movie. Though no official word on this has been said. Jon M. Chu was previously attached to direct.
If all goes well we might get to see Masters of the Universe in our lifetime. Sony has been trying to make this movie for a long time, but has had little success. He-Man is a classic series from the 80’s, and has been retold in comics and cartoons ever since. Though a movie of it was made before…..well let’s just say it’s better that it not be mentioned. Let’s hope this movie brings better results if it’s made!
