Star Wars: Episode VII director J.J Abrams and co-writer Lawrence Kasdan a video straight from London wishing everyone a happy “Star Wars Day.” The pair also revealed that as production gets ready to begin, we’ll be hearing some more casting announcements for the highly-anticipated sequel. There was talk of a female lead that was not yet announced.
Star Wars: Episode VII will be directed by J.J. Abrams from a script that he wrote with Lawrence Kasdan. Set to star to original cast members Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in addition to new cast members John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow.
