Ubisoft has released a pretty cool live-action trailer to promote their upcoming video game Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Called Defy. A main theme in the Assassin’s franchise is standing up to authority. The two-minute video takes place on a ship being attacked and put to fire by pirates. Our hero, the Assassin Edward Kenway, takes a perch at the top of the main mast before diving off in the game.
“We all have a choice,” says the narrator. “To stand, not kneel. To oppose, not obey. To live, not just exist.”
Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag hits PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U on October 29th in North America and on November 1st across Europe. It’ll come to PS4 and Xbox One as a launch title.
