WATCH: First look at The Flash in action in the Arrow season 2 finale trailer!

The CW has released a trailer from the Season 2 finale of Arrow.

The season 2 finale of Arrow is titled “Unthinkable” and described as follows:

“Slade moves forward with his plan to kill one more person in Oliver’s life. While Oliver has fought all year to be more than the killer he once was, when Slade kidnaps someone close to Oliver’s heart, Oliver is pushed to the edge and realizes sometimes it takes doing the unthinkable to stop the monster. Meanwhile, Diggle takes on Amanda Waller (guest star Cynthia Addai-Robinson) with a little help from some friends, and Thea turns to Roy  in her time of need.”

Directed by John Behring with story by Greg Berlanti and teleplay by Marc Guggenheim & Andrew Kreisberg, “Unthinkable” will air May 14th.

But wait ther’s more, the end of the trailer gives us our fist glimpse of The Flash in action!

The cast of the Flash show includes Grant Gustin as Barry Allen, Candice Patton as Iris West, Jesse L. Martin as Iris’s father, Detective West, Rick Gosnett as Central City Police Detective Eddie Thawne aka Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon aka Vibe, Danielle Panabaker as S.T.A.R. Labs bioengineer Caitlin Snow aka Killer Frost, Tom Cavanagh as S.T.A.R. Labs CEO Harrison Wells, Michelle Harrison as Nora Allen, and John Wesley Shipp, from the original The Flash TV series, in an unspecified role.

The Flash arrives from co-creators Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg who, along with Geoff Johns, will write the pilot episode with Arrow pilot director David Nutter at the helm.
