Though he’s never been shy about campaigning for a Hulk solo film, Mark Ruffalo’s next turn  as Bruce Banner/The Hulk will be in 2015′s Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Speaking with MTV, Mark Ruffalo was asked about the script for the highly anticipated sequel:

“I would say that it’s better, it’s cooler, it’s more awesomer. It’s a little bit darker, but also really has Joss Whedon’s incredible witty and sly sense of humor.”

Ruffalo added that Banner:

“gets to do such great stuff” in the sequel.

The Whedon sequel stars Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and James Spader.
