November 20th, 2018 by Marc Comments

We reported just last night that The CW’s Arrowverse crossover this December would talk about Batman and why we haven’t seen him in the universe so far, with Green Arrow believing he’s a myth.

And no sooner had we gone to bed, than the first promo featuring Ruby Rose as Batwoman appear online (below) and Batman is openly talked about as Flash and Green Arrow realise there is a new dark guardian in Gotham city… Batwoman.

The teaser is below and Batwoman looks really great.

Oh, and that’s Joker escaping Arkham Asylum… and all we have to say it ‘Yes!!!!!’

The story for the ‘Elseworlds’ Arrowverse Crossover will follow Arkham Asylum doc John Deegan rewriting reality, resulting in Oliver and Barry swapping lives and the two heroes are the only ones who know they’re in the wrong lives and have each other’s powers.

“Elseworlds” begins Sunday, Dec. 9, with The Flash at 8 p.m.; continues Monday, Dec. 10, at 8 p.m. with Arrow; and concludes the following night at 8 p.m. with Supergirl.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
