This is a badass cinematic trailer for the upcoming video game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. It’s called Killing Monsters and it was created by CD Projekt RED. It gives us our first glimpse “into the morally ambiguous universe of Geralt of Rivia. “The trailer portrays the cruel and gritty world of The Witcher and foreshadows the mature mood of the upcoming story-driven RPG, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
In addition, Game of Thrones actor Charles Dance (Tywin Lannister) will be joining the cast of the game as Emperor Emhyr var Emreis of Niflgaard. Those familiar with the previous games know that he’s the head of a mighty empire that is one of the major players in the story, and will likely play a pivotal role in the third game.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is set for release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2014. Enjoy the trailer!
