Big news for the Breaking Bad fans in the audience…
It has been revealed that a Breaking Bad movie is now in the works, set after the show that made Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul stars, and now we may know what it’s going to be about.
Aaron Paul‘s Jesse Pinkman, who lost his whole world after the events of the series, will be the focus of the movie and where he went next.
Creator Vince Gilligan is writing and executive producing the Breaking Bad movie, which may actually be a TV movie and will “[track] the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom”.
Aaron Paul is expected to return to play Jesse again and it seems the story will pick up after the events of the last episode when Jesse escaped the neo-nazis who kidnapped him to make meth for them.
With Better Call Saul already expanding the Breaking Bad universe, could this be the beginning of a Jesse spin-off series or something bigger?
We’ll see, but for now we’re just looking forward to see Jesse’s story continue..
