Well, it’s just the era of crazy sequels, isn’t it?
Chris Tucker has revealed in the latest episode of The Ringer’s ‘Winging It’ podcast that the fourth Rush Hour movie is soon to be in pre-production.
Wut?
The Rush Hour movies of course have Tucker and Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker uniting as two fish-out-of-water police men who team up to fight a common enemy.
Three times. Soon to be four.
Tucker said: “It’s not in pre-production, we’re working on a few things on the script…. Jackie wants to do it, I want to do it, the studio wants to do it… we’re trying to get it together…. it looks like it’s getting together right.”
Well, we’re probably going to go see it as the first three were enjoyable if harmless entertainment. And sometimes fun and harmless is just the ticket.
