First official art gives us look at full cast of MCU’s The Eternals

January 21st, 2021 by Marc Comments

Well, we finally have our first official look at the cast of The Eternals together ahead of the (hopeful) release of the movie on November 5th.

The image (above and below) is from a garment of official Marvel clothes and is the tag attached to it. The movie takes place after the end of Avengers: Endgame and will chronicle the Eternals, a race created by The Celestrials as the next stage of human evolution and to be protectors of the earth. They stand against the Deviants, a similar group only they are out to destroy humanity.

The new images features features Angelina Jolie as Thena, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Gemma Chan as Sersi, Barry Keoghan as Druig and Kit Harrington as Dane Whitman AKA the Black Knight.

I’d expect to see and hear more about The Eternals soon. Let me know what you think of the suits and if you’re excited for the movie.

Eternals opens in theaters on November 5th.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
