They report that there has been no meetings yet, but he’s the studio’s clear choice at the minute.

They also report the movie will begin procuction early in 2015 in New York and it will feature the remaining original cast passing the proton packs on to another team. And it will be based on The Office writers Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg script.

Numerous sources are reporting that the movie will be a sequel and reboot of sorts with an all-female Ghostbusters team. And that Melissa McCarthy and Emma Stone are contenders for lead roles. Make of this what you will…
