Well, there’s no denying that the new Transformers movie, The Last Knight, is a King Arthur tale at this stage (here and here).
But now comes the news that we may have our King Arthur…
Word on the nerdsphere is that Liam Garrigan, who plays King Arthur in ABC’s Once Upon a Time, is the man that Michael Bay and Co want to play the mythical King in the new movie.
Now, we’re hearing that, despite him playing the same character twice, this is NOT the same King Arthur. So don’t be confused.
Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Isabela Moner, Laura Haddock, Jerrod Carmichael, Gil Birmingham Anthony Hopkins, and Santiago Cabrera as Merlin will star.
Paramount will release Transformers: The Last Knight on June 23rd, 2017.
