Merely days after the new (rumours) that Henry Cavill’s Superman was set to be reduced to a cameo in the upcoming Flash movie (here), appearing on a TV screen, and will be permanently replaced with the new Supergirl, Sasha Calle, a new rumour suggests that all is not lost.
Yet.
Henry Cavill’s road as Superman has been a bumpy one, despite being a real fan favourite in the role, and many times we have reported that he has left the role and that he’s back in the role, to the point where we don’t know what’s happening anymore.
We know the actor is a big fan of the character and is proud to be involved in the movies, recently saying: “I would love to play Superman again… it’s not just down to my desire.”
And now Small-Screen are reporting: “A trusted source reached out to us about Henry Cavill being in very deep Superman talks over at Warner Bros. Pictures.”
It’s not much to go on but, just like his symbol on his chest, we’re big fans of hope here at FTN.
