We’ve known for some time that Ares, the god of war, was set to make an appearance in Wonder Woman.
Although it’s not been clear if he would be the main villain or a secondary bad guy, one thing now looks to be for certain, he’s definitely the BIG bad.
LEGO have revealed a couple of new images from their first upcoming Wonder Woman set call Wonder Woman Warrior Battle and the set (images below) features Wonder Woman, Steve Trevor, a fighter plane and Ares himself and, given the LEO scale, Ares is set to be a massive size in the movie.
The set is not unlike the Ant-man set that came out for Captain America: Civil War, which featured a large scale Ant-man (here) as featured in that movie’s airport scene, so we’re confident that, when Ares appears in Wonder Woman he will be a pretty tale order.
