MASSIVE SPOILERS: Is this confirmation of a MAJOR character’s presence in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story?

We speculated waaaaaaaaay back in January last year that English actor Guy Henry was playing Governor Tarkin in Rogue One and now it looks like we’ve been proven right.

But there’s an even bigger Original Trilogy character set to return – one we speculated on just a few days ago (here) – Princess Leia Organa.

According to a leak that certainly looks to be on the money, a cast list has been revealed for Rogue One and it names Danish Avengers: Age of Ultron actress Ingvild Deila as Leia.

We’re guessing the actress will have some CGI or prosthetics to make her look more like Fisher as, while she’s a very beautiful woman, we just can’t see that much likeness in there:

Anyway, here’s the full list – there’s a few other surprises in here so only read if you want to know, but since you’re this far, we’re guessing you do.

Because of my line of work, some bits of Rogue One came across my desk the other day. While I couldn’t take a picture of the screen (phone not allowed, and though a girl has no name, she likes her job), I was able to scribble enough notes that offer some information about who is (and is not) in the film. When I got home, I snooped around online, and some of this isn’t listed anywhere. Wanted to offer to share this with the good people of reddit… but I understand that I don’t have verifiable proof (until the release date) that this is the real deal, and I didn’t want to post this on /r/StarWars and get downvoted into oblivion. Fortunately, their mods suggested I post here. Anyway… here’s my best recreation of bits of the end credits. For now, take them as rumors…
