All the way from SDCC 2019 we have the poster, trailer and behind-the-scenes for the Steven Universe movie.
Steven Universe, if you’ve never watched it, is an awesome show on Cartoon Network about a boy who is friends with a bunch of aline sent to look after him called the Crystal Gems.
It’s a wonderful bit of TV from creator Rebecca Sugar with great characters, animation and music.
The movie takes place two years after the season 5 finale and features a new crystal villain… and a more grown up Stephen.
Steven comes back to earth hoping to pick back up his life with the Crystal Gems, but trouble looms suddenly from a mysterious figure. Steven Universe The Movie premieres on Cartoon Network on September 2!
