Outside of the game, we here at FTN’s biggest and best memory of Dungeons & Dragons was the awesome 80s animated series and the action figures that accompanied it (although they had very little to do with the actual series).
We had two live-action movies over the years which were, let’s be honest, terrible, so our expectations of anything as remotely good as the animated show ever happening were next to zero, so imagine our happy surprise when the trailer (below) for Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves dropped during SDCC and, to our absolute shock, it looked like a lot of fun and seemed true to the game and the series, pitting a rag-tag of unlikely allies together to face-off against an evil force made up of witches and monsters.
Yup, this looks like a lit of fun and we can’t wait to check it out in March!
