June 23rd, 2014 by Marc Comments

With Optimus Prime and the crew ready to appear in our cinemas again this month, we’re seeing the final rush of clips and featurettes…

And today we get a clip looking at Jack Reynor as Shane and three clips – Just Found A Transformer, Maybe It Should be and Where Is Optimus Prime in which Mark Wahlberg takes his glasses off in an effort to look threateningly clever that had us literally laughing out loud.

Still, here they are… enjoy!

Earth has mostly recovered from the great war between the Autobots and Decepticons, but when Cade Yeager finds Optimus Prime, he earns the attention of the US government and the Decepticons. Optimus Prime must align with the Dinobots to save Earth from extinction.

The cast of the Michael Bay film includes Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, T.J. Miller, Han Geng and Titus Welliver.

John Goodman and Ken Watanabe will provide the voices of Autobots Hound and Drift, respectively. They join Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime, Frank Welker as Galvatron.

Transformers: Age of Extinction is set to open in theaters on June 27th, 2014.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
