We have our first image from the upcoming Last of Us series and it looks like a screengrab from the games.
The image, above and below, features The Mandalorian’s Pedro Pascal and Game of Thrones’ Bella Ramsey as Joel and Ellie.
The image has the duo, on the run in a world on the verge of collapse, overrun by monsters, looking into the distance at wreckage.
The show is being developed by HBO and the game publisher, Naughty Dog and promises to remain faithful to the games and, if this is the case, we could be in for seriously scary and exciting ride.
The show is being written and produced by Naughty Dog’s co-president Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin who wrote on Chernobyl and, just like the games, this could give kids sleep problems.
We have a feeling we’ll be seeing footage from this very soon.
