Hera almost instantly got some attention when announced, more specifically when her last name was announced. Mainly because she wasn’t the first Twi’lek we met with the last name Syndulla.
Many wondered if she was somehow connected to the Twi’lek freedom fighter Cham Syndulla, who we met in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
At one time, it was believed that Cham was her uncle. Now though, we’ve received confirmation that it is much closer than that. He is indeed her father! Want proof? Skip to 4:45 in the video below!
