Leaked images suggest Batman will be in DC Universe’s Titans series

It looks like the Dark Knight himself may be set to appear in DC Universe’s upcoming Titans series.

While we shouldn’t be too surprised at the news that Batman will appear in the show – after all he was name dropped in an unexpected way in the trailer (here) and we now know the series will feature not one but two Robins (here) so it’s not that odd that Batman be in there.

And tonight we have images that are reportedly leaked from behind the scenes of the show below of Batman as he’ll appear.

Now, we know the suit if awful – we see Bale body armour there and a cowl very similar to Burton’s Batman – is that the cowl? – but since we don’t know who the actor is we’re going to go out on a limb and say that Batman will appear as a silhouette in the show rather than a fully fleshed-out character.

Let us know your thoughts…

In the action-packed series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes, including Starfire, Raven and many others. Fans can expect the series to be a dramatic, live-action adventure series that will explore and celebrate one of the most popular comic book teams ever.

Titans stars Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales) as Dick Grayson/Robin, Teagan Croft (Home and Away) as Raven, Anna Diop (24: Legacy) as Koriand’r/Starfire, Alan Ritchson (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) & Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights) as Hawk and Dove, Bruno Bichir as Dr. Niles Caulder, and Lindsey Gort as Police Detective Amy Rohrbach.

Titans will premiere on October 12 on DC Universe.
